now, we'll create the 'bones' of your website with some placeholders to give you an idea of how everything is coming together visually.

THE FIRST REVIEW
you'll have an opportunity to do a general review of the first draft and provide any big-picture revision requests.

DRAFT TWO
now, we make any revisions from our first review session and move on to all the details - the text, the favicon, the image selections, etc. replacing any placeholders.

THE SECOND REVIEW
you'll have an opportunity to do a thorough review of the second draft and provide any minor revision requests, such as swapping out an image and tweaking some verbiage.

SOFT LAUNCH
after finalizing the web design aspect, we will launch your website ( but hold the champagne ), with the sole purpose of developing the SEO ( search engine optimization).

our interior and architectural photography service is a month-long seasonal offering in the muskoka and toronto areas. typically, our season is between august and october.
our clients are among the most successful builders in ontario's cottage country, as well as toronto interior designers and architects.
we recommend clients pre-book their photoshoots in march-may to secure time in our calendar for that year's month-long season.
with a background in luxury automotive and product photography, our photographer made the transition to capturing high-end real estate. our unique approach to shooting exteriors and interiors, our meticulous attention to detail and an extensive post-production process is why our clients can't wait for the 'open season'.

you know i’m a brown + blue combo girl, and i’m not telling my husband this ( because he hates brown ) but i’m going to embrace this direction for the kitchen. i am in love with zellige tile and @zia_tile has the most beautiful, rich, high-quality tiles.
i am torn between unlaquered brass and polished nickel for the hardware, but i know for sure that the day we move in, i’m starting to save my pennies for a @perrinandrowe faucet.
for the countertops, obviously marble is the dream, but if you know me, i’m a no-fuss person ( and not to mention, very messy ) so i don’t want to have to worry about stains. @cosentinocanada dekton will be our alternative because i need both durability & beauty.
i want a white/off white undermount sink, and according to my research, cast iron is the most durable option. @kohler’s ‘biscuit’ sink is a stunner, but we may be looking for an alternative because it’s a $2K sink, which just seems a little much ( i still want to be able to travel while i’m young!!!)
